In eCommerce, the invoices acts as an acknowledgement and proof of the payment made by the customers. As they say, the businesses should not miss any of the opportunities to deliver amazing experience to the customers, the receipt of payment is one of those opportunities.
Magento 2 supports creating invoices by default, but the problem is — they are not too good. They do not include the logo of the store, which is important for reinforcing the brand. Therefore, the Magento admins may require to change the look and feel of the invoice PDF.
As there is no default option provided by Magento 2 to change the invoice template, the store owner needs to look for an alternate solution, i.e. override a method of abstract file of Magento 2 invoice PDF.
